Marc Vargas, a Spanish industrial engineer, has achieved great success and numerous accolades for his design and construction of dream homes. Vargas knew early on that he wanted to tackle challenging construction projects and recognized that mastering every tool in his arsenal would bring him closer to success.
After completing his engineering degree with flying colors, Vargas landed management positions at pioneering companies such as Louis Vuitton and Tous. In addition to his professional work, Vargas bought, renovated, and sold properties, realizing that he enjoyed it more and earned more by working fewer hours. He then dove headfirst into the real estate industry and opened a prime beachfront agency in a highly touristic area. Using his gift of gab, marketing expertise, and talent for photography, he was able to sell properties successfully. To secure exclusive rights to sell the properties, Vargas would decorate, paint, and photograph them at his own expense, and it paid off, leading to multimillion-dollar deals.
Not only did Vargas manage construction projects, but he also handled the assets of his investor clients. However, he felt that his passion lay in the world of communication and advertising. To that end, he created an advertisement in a property that showcased “who lives here,” which became a successful marketing tool for other films and ads, including those of Antonio Banderas and Cartier.
After learning from the best in the industry, Vargas decided to focus on the fashion and communication world. He moved to Barcelona and began from scratch. In just six years, he worked with powerful individuals in the fashion world with over 17 million followers, such as Alexis Ren (@marcwolf007 on Instagram). He also started a drone company, @itscapio, where he produces videos for the most prominent brands and companies.
Moreover, Vargas had the opportunity to introduce TikTok to Spain, and for almost two years, he has been the director for Europe of another successful content creator social network called FAMIGO.
Currently, Vargas designs only high-end homes, with a minimum of 1,000 square meters and 10,000-square-meter plots with high fashion brands and top models. With a unique combination of expertise in engineering, real estate, advertising, and communication, Marc Vargas has undoubtedly made a name for himself in multiple industries
